Welcome to NHLI's Powerful Learning Conference!
We know that the last sixteen months have been draining and we also know many of you questioned participating in professional development in July! But we are glad you are here. We know that the path to moving forward is paved with the tools and strategies that put students first and that meet the instructional challenges waiting for us in the fall. We plan to support educators at all stages of our recovery and that support begins with our three days in July.
This LibGuide has all the information you will need to map your journey through the conference over the next three Tuesdays. Use the tabs along the top of the page to navigate and the search tool to go somewhere specific to find just the right selection of workshops for your interests and areas of study.
Our team of experts in education have developed workshops with content that address three areas identified by the field as important for Summer 21:
Communities and Partnerships • Recovering, Rebuilding, and Rejuvenation • Innovation in Learning
The conference is designed to be accessible and flexible for all participants. Workshops will be recorded and posted for participants to view after the conference up until December 2021. If you are joining us live, please see Prepare to Zoom for more information and resources.
Please note that all workshop times are Eastern Time (ET) zone.
Looking forward to our week together and to learning from each other.
Enjoy the conference!
