Paul Butler has worked in the field of special education, in various roles, for over 36 years, providing direct services for emotionally disturbed and learning disabled children and as a special education teacher. He spent 21 years as a Special Education Building Coordinator at Sanborn Regional Middle School, where he supported and supervised case managers, paraprofessionals and related service providers.He is skilled in managing challenging conversations among educators and parents and care providers, leading to outcomes that are successful for everyone. He has also provided trainings in nonviolent crisis intervention.
Paul lives on the NH seacoast with his wife and 2 sons, including a son with Autism who is living, working and socializing successfully as an adult, as a result of his own hard work and development and his family's support and advocacy throughout his education and life transitions.
