Emily has worked for the last five years as the Director of Education at Motivis Learning Systems, where she led several teams sharing her passion for education and improving the student learning experience. Emily believes in the power of transformative technology to engage modern learners and help measure learning and progress in less traditional ways. She brings an extensive knowledge of both Competency-Based Education, performance-based assessment and change leadership. Emily holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership which includes Curriculum and Instructional Design. Prior to joining Motivis Learning, Emily worked in an urban New Hampshire high school as a classroom educator and school leader.
