The key to success in the classroom, is in engaging students both in learning content and as developing their habits as individual learners. Work Study Practices play a vital role in helping students become learners who understand their own progress and who can reflect on what they need to focus on.  The role of the teacher is to create an instructional framework that balances both the personal growth of students and the important content that students need to know and understand.

Strategies to incorporate the Work Study Practices into the classroom; Tools for students and teachers to monitor growth in the Work Study Practices; Personalized instruction based on the needs and experience of the participants.
