Debora Bamforth, a consultant, has more than 40 years of experience in education. She has served as Principal, Curriculum Coordinator, Enrichment Coordinator, Teacher of the Gifted & Talented and Classroom Teacher. During her tenure as principal of the D.J. Bakie School, Debora led the school’s transformation from a traditional learning model to one that is personalized, competency-based, and driven by student evidence. Along with building-based leadership, Ms. Bamforth designed an intervention program called WIN, created high-functioning professional learning communities, and guided staff as they developed and implemented performance assessments.
Currently, Debora works with schools across the country as they develop high performing collaborative teams designed to improve student learning. She also serves education in the state of NH by mentoring new principals.
