Rose Colby is a nationally known expert in competency based education. She is the Competency Education Fellow for 2Revolutions, an education design firm and assists schools and districts nationally in their transformation from traditional education. She serves on the national advisory panel for Aurora Institute’s CompetencyWorks. In addition to being an adjunct at SNHU in their M.ED/CAGS in Competency Education, she is the author of three books on Competency Education.
