NHLI is very pleased to welcome John Watkins, co-leader of the renowned Deeper Learning Dozen, an international Community of Practice of teams from 12 US and Canadian districts engaged in advancing equitable deeper learning practices and system change in the service of each and every student and adult. John will share the principles of this powerful collaborative network and community of practice -- its purposes, conceptual design, and, perhaps most importantly, its deep engagement and reflection on learning and leadership during the time of Covid19.  This deeper dive into a Community of Practice is meant to provide NH educators with both a vision and practical tools for how such a community could support similar work in New Hampshire. (Session 2 in a 3-part Series)

Participants will deepen their understanding and practice of communities of practice; Participants will have a deeper understanding of the deeper learning dozen community of practice;  Participants will explore the relationship between communities of practice, deeper learning, & equity.
