In these uncertain times, we can't predict what "school" will look like next year. What we do know is that our students will need our help developng and strengthening their social and emotional skills. However, not everyone learns at the same speed or needs the same skills. This workshop aims to highlight key SEL skills and ways to embed the instruction and practice of these skills in both the real world and online learning environments. Participants will take away ideas both from the presenter and their peers; come ready to listen and share!
Investigate and discuss key SEL skills for learning in a blended classroom; learn about and create ideas for personalized SEL in the physical classroom; Lean about and create ideas for personalized SEL in the remote learning environment.
