As an educator, we are expected to be at our best every day. And that’s in the best of times. The year 2020 has turned our educational world upside down. We have had to learn, adapt, and grow at an unprecedented rate, usually putting the needs of our students first. Teachers desperately need the support and guidance of their school leaders as all navigate new waters. But, who supports those leaders? And exactly how do principals and other school leaders support their staff to ensure the learning community is healthy and vibrant for all? Participants will receive ideas on multiple ways to nurture their own well-being as well as that of their .staff. Create a doable plan for the year ahead to help all in your learning community to perform at their best.
