This workshop will be interactive, offering participants an opportunity to experiment with communications tools and strategies used by communications professionals to engage and build relationships with those they want to reach. Participants will conclude with a first step to implementation in their own settings.
Participants will gain knowledge of research on the best ways to engage/communicate with families with and without internet access. Participants will gain ready-to-use tools and strategies to help better understand the people they want to reach. Participants will use and learn a draft of strategic messaging they can use to resonate with a specific person or group of people.
